Composite Fan Technology has a complete line of Fiberglass fans for roof exhaust. These fans are designed for both industrial process and ventilation where corrosive fumes are present. All parts are constructed of high quality, corrosion resistant resins reinforced with fiberglass (FRP).
The housings are made from Hetron 99P polyester resin, surface veil for
chemical service on the housing interior, UV inhibitors for the exterior. All drive components are protected from the air stream by an FRP drive tube.
The wheel resin is Derakane 510A or Hetron 992 FR vinyl ester. The bushing for attachment of the wheel to the 304 SST shaft is protected by an FRP cover cap. Wheels are balanced before assembly and run tested before shipping.
