Composite Fan Technology

Composite Fan Technology has a complete line of Fiberglass fans and is well recognized for it's proven successes in handling a wide range of corrosive applications. FRP fans have an excellent history of extended life expectancy and in many cases can replace costly exotic metal fans.

These composite fans are designed to operate in corrosive environments handling both wet and dry fumes. Included with surface veil ('C' Glass or Nexus) for the interior corrosion liner and UV absorbers for the exterior. All hardware for the FRP housing is 316 SST and embedded in fiberglass so no metal is exposed to the air stream. The fan shaft portion in the air stream has an FRP sleeve extending through the housing wall.

Composite Fan Technology is a member of AMCA.

Centrifugal Fans

Our complete line of Centrifugal fans, including the Backward Incline and Radial Bladed fans, serve the following industries - chemical processing, pulp and paper, fertilizer, waste water treatment plants, plating, food processing, laboratories, chlorine rooms just to mention a few. Our fans can be used on scrubbers and odor control units.

Tube Axial Fans

The Tube Axial fans are available in three different designs. The TA-LP is a duct fan available in both belt and direct drive arrangements and for service up to 2.5" SP. The TA-HP is a duct axial fan for static pressures up to 4" and the TA-HPV includes a bolt on vane section to increase fan efficiency and static pressures up to 5".

  Roof Exhaust Fans

Our complete line of roof fans include the following Models. Upblast, Hooded and Corro-Vent composite exhaust fans. These fans are ideal for application where corrosive elements are present.

Wall Fans

The Wall Box Fans is a direct drive unit designed for general ventilation where corrosive elements exist in fume or vapor form. These fans can be used to exhaust or supply air.

Louvers

The FRP Louvers are suited for applications where high moisture or corrosive elements exist and for general ventilation. Common uses waste water treatment plants, chlorine rooms, plating lines.

Marine Fans

Composite Fan Tehcnology develops and produces fans for marine applications that are light weight, corrosion resistant, low smoke, low flame, low toxicity and MIL-S-901D Shock Test compliant.
