The BIC fan is designed to operate in corrosive environments handling both wet
and dry fumes. The Backward incline wheel provides high efficiency with a
non-overloading HP characteristic. The wheel hub is encapsulated in FRP with
the shaft having an FRP sleeve through the housing so no metal parts are
exposed to the air stream. This fan is suited for use in the chemical, waste
water treatment, pulp & paper, fertilizer, pharmaceutical and metal
finishing industries.
